Working life is rather not so interesting nor bored. Being a year as an industrialist in a northern state of malaysia i truly learnt aplently.
I completed my 4months + 4 projects as the criteria for certification for my lean six sigma blackbelt.
i gain more knowledge but less friends outside due to my commitment to work throughout the year. I became an unbalanced person but i believe success came with huge sacrifices. I want to achieve and do things faster and more efficient than others and therefore i will need to accelerate my learning speed and double my efforts and commitments.
Trust is very important when comes dealing with people from the corporate.
Nevertheless, doing all above as a part of my strategy to be financially independent. I don't believe taking and following paths taken by others to be successful. Duplicating their success recipe is important. You have to follow others footsteps but you may not necessary step on their footprints.
In another 1 months we will be seeing 2010 coming into picture. I truly hope that i will have another smooth sailing years ahead. Perhaps i will need a job which has a more regular working hours with no on call and of course better pay. I used to feel that each and every cents that i earned worth a drop of blood but i started to feel numb in the same time seeing the numbers in my account grew but the same time i am in prison with work and responsibilities. I am lucky in one way and another i like what i am doing but life is always talking about a trade off. you cant garner all in your life instead choose to lose some.
I have also seen my technician came to work to earn and provide more for his families but his wife were not understanding enough scolded him for coming to work. Deep inside i understand his intention to earn few hundreds bucks more so that his family will have a better life. He came to work for night shift and it is very tiring. Such sacrifices made by a man to his family, even though it is a small thing touched my heart.
