We had a lunch meeting with the MD today and here is where the chance we get to shoot question to him. Frankly i took and used this opportunity fully to exert information that i wanted to know as a grass root member of this media plant.
Looks like we are doing fine and works are getting attention from the people up there. This determines your career advancement as per your hardwork and not as per how popular you are. Tomorrow if nothing beats the rains, i am going to submit my application for my masters by research in USM. Parallel with that i had just got accepted in a 4 Months Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Program which i hope will bring in some light for my future career advancement.
The LSS program coordinator had raised some concern as i am still a fresh engineer and no doubt she kinda doubted that if i would able to carry my work as well as projects in the same time. For me there is nothing wrong going against the norms as chances does not always comes sniffing right on your feet so therefore, make use of it. Chances don't comes twice and you determine you life. I will never allow my life to be controlled in such except to my wife and that also perhaps i will only give in 50%. I have my stand also ma.. He He
On my way back, i gave a rid to one of a senior staff and we spoke alot on things regarding the company. Her advice is to act smart and act fast. You must know how to bring up issues. I have learnt today to tell bad news by making it a good news but infact it is a bad new, WTF... ... ... ... I also doesn't know what the hell am i talking but i know i am not heading to hell anyways...
Tomorrow, is a day full of meeting. I myself is charing 2 meeting while attending 2 as well. I considered myself very lucky as i am given plenty of opportunity to perform as well as to shine sometimes. This will not last long and soon enough i will have to come back with better ideas for the betterment of all.
*** There is a high chances I will be relocating to KL if they gave a good offer. Perhaps i have to start finding place to stay before the heat comes to me. KL is better compared to Penang simply just that my high school friend are just within the vicinity.
